Okay so Kayleigh sees these parking meters everywhere and finally turns around and asks what they are. I just found it funny, my poor sheltered kid has never seen a parking meter!She also wants to know why there are no coconuts on the palm trees here!

One of the things that amazes me around here is how many people walk around with their animals. They sit outside the cafe and eat. We saw a poodle the size of a miniature pony and so many strollers with dogs instead of babies but this was the most unusual...Larry. They had this contraption on wheels and just rolled him right up to the table outside of where we were eating. He was beautiful but taking your parrot out to eat!! Kayleigh just thought it was the coolest thing!

Norfolk airport waiting to board....They were the best airport as far as assistance goes but we did sit on the de-icer pad for 40 minutes before we could take off. Am I the only one that finds that funny, sitting at Norfolk because of Ice in November!
