Poor Ricky's crutches kept sinking in the sand!

Rocky mountains. We saw tons of "rock slide" and "severe curves ahead" road signs. We even saw one that said "Dips next 6 miles" Never saw one of those before and the road did dip up and down! Although when I saw "dips" a few names came to mind!!!

Devin the sandy area in this picture was on the side of a mountain at the off road park. It was insane watching them ride down it!

We ended the day going to a real drive in theater called South Bay drive in. It was neat, you used your car radio to hear the sound and the parking area was in small humps so when you parked the front of the car was angled up. We got there early and they let us catch the end of Bolt (which we had only missed the first 30 minutes) and then we saw Beverly Hills Chihuahua. But if you looked to the left and changed the radio station you could watch Madagascar 2! It was a fun end to a great day. I wonder how a drive in would do in Currituck????
